These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pvip8 ("pvip8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at pvip8.io. pvip8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access the full range of pvip8 services, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on pvip8. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.

Know Your Customer (KYC): pvip8 operates a mandatory KYC programme. Before processing a player's first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point at our discretion, we may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (photo page and personal details page)
• Driver's licence issued by BRTA
• Recent utility bill (electricity, gas, water) dated within the last three months as proof of address

All financial transactions on pvip8 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). pvip8 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported:

Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Maximum Deposit: Subject to the limits specified within your account dashboard, which may be adjusted in line with your verified account tier.

Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be processed after a player has met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. pvip8 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of routine security checks or outstanding KYC requirements.

pvip8 will not process withdrawals to any third-party account under any circumstances. In the event that a deposit is made from a third-party payment source, pvip8 reserves the right to return funds to their origin and suspend the associated account pending investigation.

pvip8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for any bonus is twenty-five times (25x) the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain unwagered at expiry will be forfeited automatically.

All bets placed on the pvip8 platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game type. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bet Placement: A bet is only considered valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets are binding once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended except where pvip8 offers an explicit cash-out or edit-bet feature for the relevant market.
• Odds Fluctuation: Live in-play odds may change between the time you request a bet and the time it is processed. Where odds have changed, pvip8 will notify you and offer you the option to accept the new odds or decline the bet.

• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live game session (live casino or slot), the round outcome will be determined by the server-side result recorded at the time of disconnection. pvip8 is not liable for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's end.
